What is a featured ingredient?

We call any ingredient sourced from a local farm, shop, or brewery a featured ingredient in our soaps and other personal care products.

Which ingredients are the most popular?

We source our coffee grounds from Green Bean Roasting Co, our cocoa powder from HERSHEY’s Chocolate, and frequently use local lavender, honey, loofa, and more to enhance our options.

In the past we have used local beer for our Beer Soap, but are taking a short hiatus while we test a new non-alcoholic local beer. Our Jewelweed (for our super popular Jewelweed Soap, Poison Ivy Salve, and more) is also locally sourced; we forage it ourselves every spring!

When are we adding new featured ingredients?

At this time, we are not actively seeking new featured ingredients. We do have plans to begin searching for very highly suggested ingredients soon. If you’re local and interested in providing a featured ingredient, please fill out our Contact Us page with your details.
