Jewelweed is a plant native to North America (we harvest it ourselves!) that can help treat skin irritation caused from poison ivy, stinging nettle, and insect bites. We juice the plant for its healing properties and add that to our soap for a soothing pre- or post-contact cleansing wash.
Lavender essential oil and green clay! We use lavender essential oil for its soothing properties, to scent this bar. We also add green clay, to assist in pulling the poison ivy oils from the skin if used post-contact.
Each bar of Sunrise soap is hand-cut, hand-wrapped, and made in a small batch. There are five high quality oils and butters IN EVERY BAR, yielding a phenomenal cake of soap that is second-to-none!
